About the Role
Plan, execute, and analyze in-game events for Free Fire — one of the world's most downloaded mobile games with 100M+ monthly active players globally.
Key Responsibilities
Plan weekly and monthly in-game event calendars: top-up bonuses, battle pass, cosmetic drops
Analyze player engagement metrics (DAU, retention, conversion) using internal dashboards and SQL
Localize global event content for the Taiwanese market
Manage community feedback channels: LINE official account, Facebook groups, PTT
Write in-game announcements, push notifications, and social media posts
Coordinate with global product teams in Singapore
Required Qualifications
Conversational Mandarin — essential for player community posts and local partners
Proficient English for collaboration with Singapore HQ
Analytical mindset: comfortable with spreadsheets and basic SQL
Strong written communication for player-facing content
Genuine passion for mobile gaming
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in live ops, community management, or game publishing
Active Free Fire player with understanding of the game's meta
