Job Description
About the Role
Support production and logistics of 50+ esports events per year — from online qualifier administration to live stadium broadcasts watched by 500,000 concurrent viewers.
What You Will Do
Manage online qualifier registrations: team enrollment, bracket setup, score reporting
Coordinate logistics for live events: venue setup, equipment inventory, vendor communication
Assist broadcast team during live events: stream monitoring, social media updates
Compile post-event reports: viewership, player feedback, incident logs
Required Qualifications
Currently enrolled at a Taiwanese university
Conversational Mandarin for local vendors and players
Proficient English for Garena Singapore esports team communication
Ability to work occasional weekends during major events
Reliable, detail-oriented, calm under live broadcast pressure
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience organizing gaming tournaments
Familiarity with Twitch, YouTube Live, 17LIVE
Knowledge of Free Fire, LoL, VALORANT, or CS2
