Job Description
About the Role
Manage Garena Taiwan's English-language social media channels for the international Free Fire community — Facebook (1.2M followers), Instagram, Twitter/X, and Discord. A fully English-medium role — no Mandarin required.
Key Responsibilities
Create and schedule original English content: news posts, memes, event announcements
Engage with players in comments and DMs
Scout and onboard content creators for the ambassador program
Monitor community sentiment and compile monthly health reports
Organize online community events: art contests, prediction challenges, giveaways
Required Qualifications
Native-level English (C2) — entire output is in English for millions of readers
1+ years managing social media channels or online communities
Genuine passion for gaming and familiarity with SEA gaming culture
Creative writing ability: posts people actually want to engage with
Preferred Qualifications
Personal gaming content creation (YouTube/TikTok/Twitch)
Experience managing Discord servers with 10,000+ members
Knowledge of Free Fire, Mobile Legends, or other SEA mobile gaming titles

Compensation
Salary: 42,000–55,000 TWD/month
Annual bonus based on community KPI achievement
Remote work: 2 days/week
