Overview Awarded to the top-performing international applicants to NCKU's English-taught Master's programs. Approximately 80–100 awards per intake year. Engineering, Science, and Technology programs receive the largest allocations. Award Value • Year 1: Tuition waiver (~62,000 TWD/semester × 2) + Dormitory subsidy (up to 6,000 TWD/month × 12) ≈ 196,000 TWD • Year 2: Same structure, contingent on GPA maintenance • Total value: approximately 250,000–300,000 TWD Eligible Programs • Semiconductor and Electrophysics Engineering • Electrical Engineering • Mechanical Engineering • Civil and Environmental Engineering • Computer Science and Information Engineering • Business Administration (English-taught cohort) Eligibility • Applying to one of NCKU's designated English-taught Master's programs • Undergraduate GPA: minimum 3.3/4.0 or 80% average • IELTS 6.0 / TOEFL iBT 79 / TOEIC 750 • 2+ recommendation letters • Priority: students in top 20% of undergraduate class Application: No separate form needed.
